Dan Horn is a founding partner of Maloney, Bean, Horn & Hull, P.C. His legal practice includes insurance defense, ERISA and Occupational/Accident policy defense, professional and products liability, homeowners' issues and aviation.
Dan's practice has included trial and appellate work in state and federal courts in Texas and in many other states. He has also supervised a number of significant legal issues decided by the Texas Supreme Court, the Texas appellate courts and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He acts as supervisory counsel for a number of Texas and international insurance clients and for a major airline at the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
Dan graduated from the University of Missouri in 1975, and University of Missouri School of Law in 1985 following an active duty tour flying in the Navy.
Dan is admitted to practice before all State and Federal courts in Texas and Illinois.
