Monica F. Ramirez
is an associate with Maloney, Bean, Horn & Hull, P.C. practicing in aviation, insurance defense and product liability. Ms. Ramirez obtained both her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Public Administration from the University of Texas. She obtained her law degree, cum laude, from the Dedman School of Law, Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
Ms. Ramirez has worked for the U.S. Department of Labor - Employee Benefits Security Administration, as a Veterans Affairs Consultant at Austin College, as a Victim Advocate and as an Intern with the department of Labor, Ofice of the Solicitor General.
During law school, Ms. Ramirez clerked for Justice Dale Wainwright, Supreme Court of Texas and Justice FitzGerald, Texas Fifth Distrcit Court of Appeals. She recently authored "The NLRA's Impact on Non-Union Employers," which is published in the Dallas Bar Association Headnotes, June 2011.
Ms. Ramirez is admitted to practice before all state courts in Texas.
