Jeremy J. Cook is a partner with Maloney, Bean, Horn & Hull, P.C. practicing in aviation, insurance defense and product liability.

Prior to receiving his Bachelor's in History at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, Mr. Cook served in the United States Coast Guard as an aviation maintenance technician (AMT) on Falcon 20 aircraft and Dropmaster for the medium range surveillance HU-25 Falcon fanjet.

Mr. Cook graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 2005. He served as the Recent Developments Articles Editor for the Texas Environmental Law Journal and was also a member of the 2004 ATLA Mock Trial Team.

Mr. Cook co-authored an article entitled "Ethical Considerations Concerning Contacts By Counsel Or Investigators With Present And Former Employees Of An Opposing Party," which is to be published in the St. Mary's Law Journal in 2007.

Mr. Cook is admitted to practice before all state courts in Texas.
