J. Michael Bean is a founding partner of Maloney, Bean, Horn & Hull, P.C. His legal practice includes, aviation, insurance, general civil litigation and products liability.
Mr. Bean is an experienced trial lawyer who has successfully tried complex cases in state and federal courts. Over his 28 year career, he has successfully resolved many hundreds of cases for his clients. He has managed a nationwide product liability practice and acts as outside General Counsel and product liability counsel for several companies.
Mike graduated from Northern Illinois University with honors in 1970 and, after an active duty tour in the Air Force, graduated from Loyola University School of Law with honors in 1983.
Mr. Bean is a licensed pilot who holds ratings from the Federal Aviation Administration as a Commercial Pilot with Single and Multi-Engine Land Aircraft privileges, Instrument Rating and Airline Transport Pilot. He is admitted to practice before all State and Federal courts in Texas and Illinois.
