Wallace E. Maloney acts of counsel to the law firm of Maloney, Bean, Horn & Hull, P.C. For over 36 years, he litigated aviation and product liability cases in multiple jurisdictions around the United States.
Mr. Maloney began his legal aviation career as one of the original members of the United States Justice Department's aviation defense unit, eventually becoming the section head. He is a licensed commercial pilot and served as United States Air Force pilot in Europe.
Wally is a long time member of the International Society of Air Safety Investigators and is a graduate of the University of Southern California's Aviation Accident Investigators School. In addition to his membership in several state and federal bar groups, Mr. Maloney is also a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
